How we age — and how we feel while doing so — is largely determined by our lifestyle.
Nutrition, exercise, sleep, mental balance, and fasting profoundly influence the aging process. These factors can support cellular regeneration, reduce physical and mental strain, and help maintain or even enhance vitality.
But what if aging didn’t have to be accepted as inevitable — what if rejuvenation were truly possible?
This book reveals how Dr. Erik Senger managed to rejuvenate his biological age by an entire decade — in just two and a half years, all while maintaining his usual lifestyle.
Dr. med. Erik Senger, dermatologist and expert in rejuvenation strategies, takes you on a fascinating journey into the science of longevity and biological age reversal.
Through personal experience, scientific insight, and practical guidance, he demonstrates how it is possible to lower biological age, rejuvenate the skin, and potentially extend the healthspan — the period of life lived in good health.
His own results — a biological age 22 years younger than his chronological age — underscore the power of his approach.
This book combines insights from epigenetics, modern rejuvenation science, and real-life application into a coherent, actionable framework for anyone ready to take charge of their health and vitality.
The Rejuvenation-Code is more than just a book — it’s a groundbreaking guide to renewed vitality, mental clarity, and visible rejuvenation.
It opens the door to slowing down the aging process and proactively preventing age-related skin changes and diseases through scientifically grounded interventions.
is truly possible

“Getting old isn’t fun,” my father used to say when I visited him. He didn’t say it with bitterness, but with a quiet awareness of what it means to watch your own body gradually lose strength.
Half a year after his 100th birthday, his body could no longer sustain vital processes. He passed away from what doctors call “senile frailty” — old age, pure and simple.
It wasn’t his death that stayed with me, but the final 25 years of his life.
How could someone once so full of energy and drive enter a stage where vitality fades, illness dominates daily life, and joy slowly disappears?
And most of all: Does it have to be this way?
Those questions never left me. I wanted to know whether it was possible not just to grow older, but to grow healthier with age — to extend the period of life during which we remain active, capable, and free of significant health limitations.

When it comes to supplements, it’s nearly impossible for most people to tell what’s truly backed by science and what’s just clever marketing.
The temptation to jump on every new “miracle molecule” is huge — but not everything that trends online actually works.
This book takes a different path.
I’ve deliberately avoided hype and focused instead on what has proven effective in high-quality international studies.
At the same time, I remain open to new discoveries — because science never stands still.
As a medically trained physician, I carry a special responsibility.
That’s why this work is not about vague promises or superficial beauty ideals —
but about what truly matters: your vitality, your health, and your inner balance.

In just two and a half years, Dr. Senger rejuvenated his biological age by almost ten years — without changing his lifestyle.

While the earlier photo still shows fine and thickened wrinkles on the fingertip, the later image reveals visibly smoother, almost wrinkle-free skin — apart from natural fold lines.
„This result was achieved through a personal self-experiment using targeted supplementation — without any medical or cosmetic procedures. It represents an individual experience and does not claim universal applicability.“
The combination of laboratory diagnostics and documented self-photography demonstrates one thing clearly:
Rejuvenation is possible — visible, measurable, and scientifically traceable.
Dr. med. Erik Senger is a board-certified dermatologist, author, and medical expert with a scientific focus on skin health, longevity, and rejuvenation medicine.
In his book “Rejuvenation Code – How Real Rejuvenation Works”, he bridges personal experience with cutting-edge science. At its core: biological rejuvenation, healthy skin, and the prevention of age-related decline — with one clear goal: to extend the healthspan and improve quality of life.
Born out of a long-term self-experiment, the book presents an evidence-based concept — the Rejuvenation Code — personally tested, medically analyzed, and presented in a practical, accessible way. The measurable outcome: a biological age reduction of over 20 years and visible rejuvenation of the skin and overall appearance.
If rejuvenation can succeed on an individual level, it could open a new chapter —
for medicine, for society, and for our collective understanding of aging itself.
Key Bioactive Compounds in the Rejuvenation Code
Naturally produced in the body, it activates key cellular renewal processes with remarkable effects on health and longevity.
A methyl donor that supports detoxification and vital metabolic functions.
A plant compound with potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective properties.
A flavonoid that promotes the clearance of dysfunctional, senescent cells — supporting cellular renewal.
* These substances are part of the Rejuvenation Code described in the book. No healing promises — only evidence-based recommendations. Details on dosage, mechanisms, and Dr. Senger’s personal routine are shared in the book.
